Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom-made and personalized pieces require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via insured, trackable carriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. Delivery time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by carrier delays.

Insurance & Signature Requirement

All shipments are fully insured for their value while in transit. For security, orders above a certain value may require an adult signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for items once they are marked as delivered by the carrier, so please ensure a secure delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to its destination.

Shipping Address

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are missing original packaging may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our location, our team will inspect and authenticate the item. After the item passes authentication, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To help your jewelry last, we recommend the following general care:

• Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping.
• Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray, and household chemicals.
• Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth; for a deeper clean, use lukewarm water with a mild, non-abrasive soap and a soft-bristled brush, then dry thoroughly.
• Have prong settings and clasps checked periodically to help keep stones secure.
