Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Sam's Jewels NYC. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and in original, unused condition
• Returned in their original packaging, including all boxes, pouches, tags, and accompanying documentation

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are missing original packaging may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our location, our team will inspect and authenticate the item. After the item passes authentication, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.

How to Return

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
